We send you a text when we are on our way to your house. You’ll know its us because we wear a bright red, Scooper Squad vest or T-shirt. And once we are finished with your clean up, we send you a picture of you closed gate!

Arrival & Clean-up
We send you a text message letting you know we are on our way. Customers do not need to be home, we just need access to the yard.
Please ensure no aggressive dogs are in the yard. Your professional scooper will arrive and thoroughly clean the yard.
Upon completion, they will securely close your gate. A picture of the closed gate will be uploaded for your peace of mind.
Waste Disposal
After each stop, our scoopers sanitize all used equipment. We use organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for your family is our top priority
Your scooper will double bag all waste and place it in your trash can.
If you don’t have a trash can available, the waste will be placed on the side of your home. We clean the mess, you enjoy the rest!

What if my dog is in the yard?
For safety reasons, we ask that dogs be secured inside during service. This keeps both your pet and our technician safe.
Do you offer one-time clean ups?
Yes we do, but most customers want recurring service. If you really only want a one-time clean up, reach out to us and we can give you a quote!
How does billing work?
We bill on the 1st of each month for that month’s service. No contracts. You can cancel anytime.
Do you clean year-round?
Yes. We provide service year-round, weather permitting. Winter cleanups prevent major spring buildup.
